By accessing or using KioTools (www.kiotools.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

KioTools provides free, browser-based utility tools (image, PDF, text, and calculator tools, among others) that run in your web browser. No account or sign-up is required. See our full Tools listing.

You agree not to:

• Use KioTools to process content you do not have the legal right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to KioTools systems.
• Use the tools to generate unlawful or fraudulent content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-access the site in a way that degrades service for other users.

All KioTools tools are offered free of charge and do not require an account; using a tool never requires payment.

KioTools also offers optional Pro Services (custom feature, format and tool requests, manual conversions, permanent settings links and custom toolkits) and voluntary donations. Both are paid through PayPal. Pro Services are governed by our Refund Policy, and the personal information you give us to place an order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Pro Services or make a donation.

The KioTools name, logo, site design, and underlying code are the property of KioTools or its licensors. Content you create using the tools belongs to you, subject to the rights of any underlying material you supplied.

KioTools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Calculator and estimation tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KioTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or tools.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KioTools and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

The site may link to or load resources from third-party services. KioTools is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of KioTools, and may update these Terms, at any time.
