Invoice Generator
What is this tool?
A browser-based invoice maker. You fill in your business and your client, the invoice number and dates, any number of line items, a tax rate, a discount and what has already been paid, and choose a currency and an accent colour. The preview is the real document: the PDF is drawn from it, and the Print option produces the same page through your browser. Amounts are worked out in whole cents so the lines always add up to the total, and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
When to use it
- Billing a client for freelance or contract work
- Sending a quick invoice for a one-off job without signing up for accounting software
- Adding VAT, GST or sales tax and a discount to a quote
- Issuing a deposit invoice and showing the balance still due
- Producing an invoice in Arabic or another language, with your own logo
How to use it
- 1Enter your details and your client's, and optionally add your logo
- 2Set the invoice number, the dates and the currency
- 3Add each item with a quantity and a unit price
- 4Enter the tax rate, any discount, and anything already paid
- 5Check the live preview, then download the PDF or print it
Frequently asked questions
Is the invoice legally valid?
It contains the usual fields — numbers, dates, parties, items, tax and totals — but the rules for what an invoice must show (tax IDs, sequential numbering, wording) differ by country. Check your local requirements; this tool does not give tax or legal advice.
Can I write the invoice in Arabic or another language?
Yes. The text you type is drawn exactly as you enter it, including right-to-left lines, because the PDF is made from the preview your browser renders. The built-in labels (Invoice, Bill to, Subtotal…) are in English.
What is the difference between Download PDF and Print?
Download PDF draws the preview onto A4 pages as images, which works for any language and font. Print → Save as PDF goes through your browser's own PDF engine, so the text stays selectable and searchable. Use that one if the recipient needs to copy amounts out of it.
Is anything uploaded or saved?
No. The invoice is built in your browser tab and nothing is stored, so it is gone when you close the page — download the PDF to keep it.
