About this option
Printing and form submissions expect real paper sizes, not pages shaped like your photos. This preset places every image on an A4 portrait page, scaled to fit with a comfortable margin, so the result prints cleanly on standard paper in most of the world.
When to use it
- An application or portal asks for scans on A4 pages
- You are going to print the images and want them centred with margins
- You need uniform page sizes across a mixed set of pictures
How to use it
- 1Drop the images you want in the document
- 2Check the page size is A4 and the orientation is Portrait
- 3Drag to reorder, then click Create PDF
- 4Download the A4 PDF
Frequently asked questions
Will my images be stretched?
No. Each image is scaled proportionally to fit inside the margins, with blank space where the shapes differ.
Can I use landscape pages?
Yes. Change the orientation to Landscape, or leave it on Auto to match each image.
What are the margins?
The preset starts with 24 points (about 8 mm) and you can change it with the Margin slider.
