What is this tool?
A PDF page organizer. It shows the pages as a grid you can rearrange by dragging (or with arrow buttons), turn 90° either way, duplicate or delete. When you are done it builds a new PDF with exactly the pages you kept, in the order you set.
When to use it
- Moving a page to a different place in a document
- Deleting cover sheets, scans of the wrong page or appendices you don't need
- Fixing a few sideways pages without touching the rest
- Repeating a page, such as a signature page, in several places
- Reversing a document that was scanned back to front
How to use it
- 1Drop in a PDF — its pages appear as thumbnails
- 2Drag pages into the order you want, or use the arrows under each page
- 3Rotate, duplicate or delete pages with the buttons, or delete a range like 2, 5-7
- 4Click Create PDF and download the result
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete several pages at once?
Yes — type a range such as 2, 5-7 in the Delete pages box, or mark pages one by one with the bin button. Deleted pages stay on the grid until you create the PDF, so you can restore them.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Dragging works with a mouse; on a touch screen use the arrow buttons under each page to move it.
Do bookmarks and form fields survive?
No. Pages are copied into a new file, as in PDF Merge and PDF Split, so bookmarks and fillable fields of the original are not carried over.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No — it's processed entirely in your browser.
