About this option
Posters, architectural drawings and detailed infographics need more pixels than a screen-sized export gives. This preset renders pages at the Print setting — three times screen resolution — as lossless PNG files, so you can zoom, crop or print without visible blur.
When to use it
- Preparing a poster or large drawing for print
- Zooming into small text or fine lines in a diagram
- Cropping a detail out of a page without it turning soft
How to use it
- 1Drop the PDF — PNG at print resolution is already selected
- 2Limit the pages (high-resolution pages are big, so only pick what you need)
- 3Click Convert and let the larger pages render

Frequently asked questions
How large is print resolution?
Three times screen resolution, around 2700 pixels across for a standard page, which prints sharply at A4 size.
Why is it slower?
Each page has about four times as many pixels as a screen-sized export, so it takes longer and the files are larger.
Is there a limit on very large pages?
Your browser has a maximum canvas size. If a page is huge it is rendered at the largest size the device can handle.
